The Housekeepers' job is maintaining our prestigious residential community’s clean, orderly, and inviting environment. Housekeepers will ensure that the clubhouse, public areas, amenities facilities, and private residential homes are well-maintained and presentable and exceed the expectations of members and guests. The Housekeeper will perform duties such as cleaning and maintaining luxury rental homes, condos, and rentals. In each type of guest residence we offer, the housekeepers will make beds and change linens. Workers will collect all dirty linen, towels, and rags, return them to the laundry station, and place them in the washer and dryer, replenish clean linens, towels, and rags, clean bathrooms, and restock with soap and paper products if needed, vacuum carpeted areas, sweep, scrub, and mop floors, clean kitchens, wash dishes, load and unload dishwashers, and clean general kitchen utilities. Workers will empty and reline all trash containers. They will clean glass on windows and doors and dust furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves. They perform detailed cleaning, including ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, high and low corners of rooms, skylights, door sills, and the tops of decorative and operational furniture. They will also maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse and amenities facilities, including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and window cleaning. Housekeepers will clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and stocking supplies as needed. Housekeepers will also monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring their availability for daily operations. Housekeepers will empty trash receptacles and replace liners as required, ensuring proper waste disposal. Workers will ensure all public areas, including hallways, lobby, and shared spaces, are consistently clean and presentable, clean and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and free of damage or stains, respond promptly to clubhouse management requests for immediate cleaning needs or special cleaning projects and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a safe and functional environment for residents and guests. Workers will follow all established safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure working environment, stay updated on industry practices and cleaning techniques to improve performance and efficiency continuously, and be responsible for the day-to-day laundering of pool, spa & salon, and fitness linen and terry and maintain member and guest confidentiality. Housekeepers will work closely with the Residential Services and Club Operations management team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Housekeepers will assist management in submitting billing for work completed. Housekeepers will also perform other duties assigned by management.
