Greet and seat guests. Serve and deliver food and beverages to guests using trays, speed racks, and utility carts; present check to guest and collect payment. Miscellaneous setup and cleanup activities including prepare tables for meals and setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware; clean tables, remove dishes and glasses from tables and counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning, and tidy up server station. May be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment and at banquet events and parties held in dining facilities to serve food and beverages to guests using utility carts and move tables using mover dolly.
