• Outside grounds maintenance includes mowing, mulching, brush clearing, pruning, raking, and planting landscape materials. Operate power equipment. Some heavy lifting is required. • Min 35hrs/wk, 6.30a-1:30 &2p-9p, Monday through Sunday, scheduled shift hours and workdays vary. • Must be available to work weekends, holidays. • 1 month experience is required. • The wage offered is $19.93/hr - $23.59/hr. OT is available at $29.90/hr- $35.39/hr. over 40hrs/wk. • Pay weekly. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Daily transportation to/from work is not provided. • On-the-job training is not provided. • No education is required. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • Optional housing subject to availability $75/wk & will be deducted weekly plus all deductions required by law. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. • If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day), upon departure.
