Worker will maintain sanitation standards in all kitchen work areas by cleaning dishes and kitchen work areas, sweeping kitchen work areas, and removing trash, provide clean cooking utensils for food and beverage operations and ensure that all utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and correctly stored in the designated areas, maintain safety, proper storage of chemicals, and chemical concentration logs. Worker will perform daily set ups of China, glassware, and silverware items for all outlets, participate as a team player with other key team members, attend department meetings as necessary, complete all opening and closing procedures as instructed, assist execution of departmental objectives and goals, and complete monthly inventory checks. Worker will maintain all equipment and be sure it is properly handled and maintained and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
