Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain the hotel in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, performing laundry services, folding laundry, cleaning rooms, public areas & outdoor patio furniture, and vacuuming. Collecting linens with use of a cart from guest rooms and other housekeepers; sorting towels and sheets to be laundered separately. Loading laundry into pre-programmed washers and transferring it into dryers. Folding and placing linens on housekeeping carts. Manually pick up litter and debris and put in trash can around the outer areas of the property as needed. Get rid of webs in corners of the building and in the doorways using a broom. Assist with stocking supply rooms with amenities and counting inventory. Manually deliver various items such as prepackaged snacks and sundries like sunscreen, towels and soap to guest rooms and around the property grounds, such as the pool, lounge and other common areas.
