Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurants, preparing hot and cold breakfast items, setting up, completing mise-en place (meaning organizing and arranging the cooking ingredients), maintaining and breaking down cook station, cleaning and sanitizing work area and equipment, and assisting in storing food deliveries. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
