Lead Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Duties also include cleaning the kitchen before and after service, placing and receiving orders, scheduling, ensuring the timely arrival / departure of supervisees, ensuring supervisees complete duties properly, and working with management to ensure safe and satisfactory work is completed. May supervise up to four (4) Cooks. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 3:00PM-11:00PM, 2:00PM-10:00PM or 10:00AM-6:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
