Restaurant Worker: • 8 openings from 4/1/2026 through 11/30/2026. • Employee will take food and drink orders and will serve food and drink. Employees will accept payment. Employees will work in restaurant and will work as a food counter in the cafe. Employee will prepare coffee, tea, soft drinks, smoothies, plate dessert and pies, take soup of hot pot in the kitchen. No specific preparation skills needed. Food goods/products are plates, cups, silverware, "to go" products, containers, napkins, sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce. These items will be moved from the main storage to workstation in the restaurant. Silverware, plates, cups will be removed from dishwasher area to restaurant work/service station. • Min 35hrs/wk. Varies shifts; 8a-3p & 3p-10p. • Monday through Sunday. Scheduled shift hours and workdays vary • Must be available to work weekends, holidays & rotate shifts. • Min starting wage is $25.81/hr. OT if available at $38.72/hr. Tipped position. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. • 1 month experience is required. • Temporary/Full time • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • No daily transportation to/from work is provided. • No on-the-job training is provided. • No education is required. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day),if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day),upon departure. • Pay weekly. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Optional housing subject to availability $150/wk & will be deducted from worker’s paycheck weekly plus all deductions required by law. There is also a security deposit of $500 that will be deducted overtime. Housing deposit will be returned assuming the room is in good condition.
