Primary responsibility is soliciting pest control services to all homeowners in assigned market area. Spend 8 hours daily knocking doors, speaking to potential customers, building value in the service, and getting clients to sign contracts for regularly performed services. The Employer plans to primarily compensate the employees via commission, which will be based on the employee's sales performance. The Employer will, however, make up any difference between the findings of this 9141 and the amount actually earned via commission, if the amount earned via commission is less than the 9141 amount, in the employee's regular paycheck.
