Restaurant Supervisor • 3 openings from 4/1/26 through 12/15/26. • Temporary, Full time • As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll ensure our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you’ll be expected to maintain a clean, inviting, efficient restaurant, assist in supervising service staff, perform opening and closing duties and assign and oversee side work responsibilities. As this is a customer-facing position, you’ll need to resolve any issues customers may raise with their meals or the service. Our dining room supervisors also work as a liaison between the kitchen and the dining room staff whenever there are concerns or questions. Responsible for the opening and closing of the restaurant. Overseeing the Host station management and support. Watching over table section maintenance and support. Check in on all guests to ensure high satisfaction levels. Proper standards for 5-star service including name usage. • Work may be performed any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Min 35hrs/week varied shifts 7a-2p, 10a-5p & 3p-11p. Scheduled shift and workdays vary. May rotate/split shifts. Weekends & holidays required. • Min. starting wage $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. OT may be available for over 40hrs/week at $37.50 -- $40.50. The hourly rate is dependent on experience, performance and tenor. Annual raises - may be offered based on experience and performance. • Pay biweekly. • No on-the-job training provided. • No education is required. • Min. 6 months supervisor’s experience in a resort signature restaurant, resort, or private club required. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. • If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day with receipts), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day with receipts), upon departure. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Optional co-ed shared housing subject to availability at $165-$185/week and will be deducted bi-weekly in addition to all deductions required by law. A security/administrative fee of $200 will be deducted, with $100 refundable at the end of employment if the housing remains clean and in good condition with all personal items removed. • Complimentary daily transportation to/from employee housing.
