Waiter/Waitress • 22 openings from 4/1/26 through 12/15/26. • Temporary, Full time • Take & place food & drink orders, serve guests drinks, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Set up & bus tables & keep workstations and all dining areas clean. Carry trays, plates and glasses and run food from kitchen. Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods. Greet guests and provide attentive, efficient and friendly service. Complete all closing & opening side work at beginning and end of shift. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food & beverage. Assist in stocking server/busser station with necessary items. Proper standards for 5-star service including name usage. • Monday through Sunday. Min 35hrs/wk. varies shifts 7a-2p, 11a-5p & 3p-10p. Scheduled shift and workdays vary. May rotate/split shifts. Weekends & holidays req’d. • Min. starting wage $25.81/hr. inclusive of base pay and tips. Tipped position. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. OT may be available over 40hrs/week at $38.72/hr. • Pay biweekly. • No on-the-job training is provided. • No education is required. • Min. 1-month hotel/resort experience is required. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. • If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day with receipts), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day with receipts), upon departure. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Optional co-ed shared housing subject to availability at $165-$185/week and will be deducted bi-weekly in addition to all deductions required by law. A security/administrative fee of $200 will be deducted, with $100 refundable at the end of employment if the housing remains clean and in good condition with all personal items removed. • Complimentary daily transportation to/from employee housing.
