Lead Servers will be responsible for greeting guests in dining rooms, outdoor dining areas, and banquet/event spaces, preparing meal orders, submitting meals order accurately to the kitchen, delivering all stages of the meal, following-up on the guest’s comfort level with the preparation of the meal, preparing the final invoice and processing the payment by following the established procedures, setting up floor sections and the assignments of those sections, organizing and supporting the activities of the dining room to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service, leading the team in pre-shift meetings along with the management team, and lead, monitor and train service staff in all areas of the dining room including clearing used items as necessary to ensure proper pace of service is maintained. Schedule: 35 hours per week minimum. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am – 3:00pm, 11:00am – 6:00pm, or 4:00pm – 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
