Dining Room Supervisors will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food at Delaware North at Shenandoah National Park’s property by developing and implementing standards of quality and performance, maintaining a presence throughout the Lodge to ensure guest safety and satisfaction, assisting guests with service or product challenges, utilizing tools such as checklists, order guides and inspection forms to ensure completion of duties, managing and inventory supplies, preparing purchase orders as needed, training new hires, coaching associates, scheduling, managing labor hours, and communicating through pre-shift meetings. May supervise up to six (6) Bussers, six (6) Servers, six (6) Hosts, six (6) Bartenders, and six (6) Baristas. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 8:00pm, or 5:00pm to 12:00am. Shift hours may vary. See attached job description for additional information.
