***RFI response*** A list of the specific food items the employee will prepare: Salad prep, Shaggy's shrimp Trio, Redfish Elote, Shaggy's Alfredo. Menu attached. The specific tasks involved in preparing the food: Cleaning the ingredients, measuring the amounts to be used in a variety of dishes, chopping meat and vegetables, dicing, slicing, mixing the seasons, and marinating to match what is served on the menu accordingly. The equipment and tools used in the preparation: Knives for cutting vegetables and other ingredients. Measuring spoons and cups: used for measuring ingredients. Grater: for shredding, grating, and chopping cheeses, fruits, and other spices as needed. Can opener: an electric device used to open canned food. Calendar: used to drain fruits and vegetables when washing. Blender/ Mixer : will be used to crush and mix ingredients. Whether each food is cooked or assembled from pre-cooked components: Food is prepared fresh daily, and the ingredients are prepared daily, with some prepared overnight as needed. Whether any items are made from scratch or are pre-made: Sauces, such as tomato sauce pre-made, pre-made-mixing dried ingredients are pre-made for preparation to use with wet batter for next day , such as beer, for a specific order, dippings are blend and made from scratch. ***Original*** Job Duties: Prepare & deliver a variety of foods according to customer orders.
