Guest Service Agents will be responsible for greeting and communicating with all resort guests, and registering and assigning rooms to guests of the resort. Guest Service Agents will be responsible for accommodating guests, issuing room keys or cards, answering phone calls, transmitting, and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts, making, and confirming reservations to include reservations for all resort amenities, presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests, and act as a cashier in all outlets as necessary. Guest Service Agents will need to review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process and answer inquiries pertaining to services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment, maintain an organized front desk and lobby area, and may assist guests with their luggage. Guest Service Agents may need to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:30am – 1:30pm, 11:30am – 6:30pm, or 1:30pm – 8:30pm. Shift hours may vary.
