  Physically demanding duties related to general exterior residential construction work. Clean and prepare work area in advance of work using broom, rakes, and hands. Load and unload materials and tools according to project plans. Perform duties related to concrete work, framing, and other exterior construction tasks (including joining, aligning, or sealing structural components, such as concrete wall sections). May assist with the positioning or dismantling of forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. May assist with installation of outdoor play areas / playgrounds using battery-powered screwdrivers and drills, as well as hammers, nails, or bolts. All duties to be performed utilizing proper installation methods and proper fall protection and scaffolding.
