• Outside ground maintenance including mowing, mulching, brush clearing, pruning, raking, and planting landscape materials. Operate power equipment. Some heavy lifting required. • Min starting wage $21.52/hr. OT if available at $32.28/hr. • Pay weekly. • Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. • Min 35hrs/wk, 8a-3p Monday through Sunday, scheduled shifts and workdays vary. • Must be available to work weekends & holidays. • 1 mo. exp. req’d. • Daily transportation to/from work is not provided. • On-the- job training is not provided. • No education is required. • Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. • Optional housing subject to availability $110-$130/wk & will be deducted weekly plus all deductions required by law. • Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. • Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. • If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day),if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $16.28/day and max $68/day),upon departure.
