  Physically demanding duties related to new and replacement low/steep slope residential asphalt roofing projects. Direct the removal of roofing materials and the sweeping and cleaning of roofs to prepare them for the application of new roofing materials. Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists. Cover roofs with layers of roofing felt or similar materials to prepare for installation. Install and repair roofs with shingles, slate, asphalt, wood, or related standard roofing materials. May assist with other repair tasks and projects at worksite in connection with / ancillary to roofing projects. All duties to be performed utilizing proper fall protection and scaffolding.
