Produce consistent high quality food products according to recipes and menus or assigned specials in a timely, organized manner; ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shifts: 6am-2:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal per shift is provided at no cost. Employees receive hotel travel room discounts. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $32.75 per hour. Workers are responsible for their own daily transportation to and from the worksite. Worksite is accessible by public transportation.
