***RFI Response*** The Driver/Maintenance Worker will use paint brushes, rollers, scrapers, buckets, stepstools, and ladders. The items being painted include outdoor Adirondack chairs, patio decks, stairs, railings, and interior touch-up paint on walls, ceilings and cabinetry as needed for upkeep. Additionally, the tools used in A/C upkeep include various hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and cleaning solvents and solutions. The tasks involved in air conditioning upkeep include periodic cleaning of drain pans and coils (including removing covers to access), using solvents, solutions, and hoses for rinsing, replacing batteries on remote controls, testing wall mounted controls for proper function, cleaning and replacing air filters. Will respond to guest service calls to troubleshoot reported issues, make minor repairs for simple issues, and determine if professional HVAC services are needed for major repairs or replacement. Finally, the make and model of the vehicles to be used for transportation will be a Chrysler Pacifica passenger van, Chevrolet Tahoe SUV, and a Ford Transit or similar commercial van. ***Original Duties*** Driver/Maintenance Workers will be responsible for landscaping or maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Will also be responsible for performing janitorial/routine maintenance duties on the property, including the changing of lightbulbs, performing minor touch-up painting, removing and installing small fixtures (towel bars etc.), air conditioner cleaning and upkeep, adjusting thermostats, and programing TV remotes. Will also transport employees, guests, laundry and products between properties and surrounding areas as needed. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
