Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking menus, including soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant according to restaurant recipes and standards. Will also be responsible for answering, reporting, and following executive or sous chef’s instructions, maintaining cleanliness and organization of station, proper food storage, stocking inventory appropriately, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion, complying with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards, and maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
