Cooks 2 will be responsible for monitoring sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations, checking the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met, determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services, ordering produce and kitchen items and checking the quantity and quality of received products, and assisting the Executive Chef in supervising and coordinating activities of cooks or other workers engaged in food preparation. **Please note that Cooks 2 will generally assist the Executive Chef in supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen workers as outlined above; however, Cooks 2 will not supervise employees directly and will not have any direct reports.** Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 11:00am to 6:00pm, or 4:00pm to 11:00pm. Shift hours may vary. Please see job description for additional information.
