  Grounds/Maintenance Workers will be responsible for landscaping and maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, laying sod, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Will also be responsible for performing janitorial/routine maintenance duties on the property, including the changing of lightbulbs, performing minor touch-up painting, removing and installing small fixtures (towel bars etc.), air conditioner and equipment cleaning and upkeep, adjusting thermostats, and programing TV remotes, unclogging drains, pool and spa tub cleaning, and removing debris from outdoor areas. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job descriptions for additional information.
