Landscape or maintain grounds of HOA-managed properties using hand or power tools and equipment. Tasks may include any combination of the following: planting, mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, mulching, watering, sod laying, digging, weeding, raking, pruning of trees and bushes, arranging decorative rocks, gravel, and stones, debris and leaf removal, cleaning of lawns and paved areas, and spring and fall clean-up. Maintain landscaped areas in clean, safe condition and dispose of debris. Load and unload tools and equipment; clean, maintain, and properly store all tools and materials at the end of each workday.
