Food & Beverage Assistants will be responsible for supporting Servers/Bartenders by aiding in delivering food and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, greeting and seating guests, setting up the dining areas, ensuring presentation and quality standards, carrying trays and plates, cleaning and clearing tables, providing excellent customer service, cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff. Prepare coffee drinks and to go items for guests, operate cash register, and adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Shift hours may vary. Please see attached job description for additional information.
