Cook Is will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in both restaurant and banquet kitchen settings, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware, and removing trash. This includes working in high-volume environments to support large-scale events, ensuring food quality and presentation meet established standards, and coordinating with the culinary team to deliver timely service for plated meals, buffets, and catered functions. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:00am – 12:00pm, 2:00pm – 9:00pm, or 11:00am – 6:00pm. Shift hours may vary. See job description for additional information.
