Recreation Attendants will be responsible for assisting guests with pool, recreation, and family entertainment center amenities while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The Recreation Attendant will greet and engage guests, provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities, assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies, monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. They will also set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events, oversee the use of recreation equipment, and proper storage, maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed, clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens. They will also promote resort activities and encourage participation, communicate guest concerns and maintenance issues to supervisors, and assist with concessions. The Recreation Attendant must work independently and be guest focused. Ability to lift up to 25lbs and be on their feet for extended periods. Frequent walking, bending, and standing outdoors are required. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00AM to 2:00PM, 11:00AM to 6:00PM, or 3:00PM to 10:00PM. Shift hours may vary.
