Following instructions printed on the mix container, pour the mix plus appropriate liquid into the commercial batter blender. Once the batter has been blended, a portion is scooped into a dispenser bottle. The deep fryer (Empura EGF-45/55 LP Propane 15.5# Double Basket Commercial Gas Frier with 50-pound capacity, 120,000 BTU) would contain cooking oil at the proper temp.
