  Workers will assist in preparing grounds, sports fields, and yard surfaces for planting of grass, laying of sod, laying of artificial turf using hand and power tools. Includes mowing, blowing of debris, raking, preparing area for irrigation systems and drainage systems. Workers will install sod, plant grass, install other forms of turf. Involves cleaning up of debris such as rocks & grass clogs, fertilizing, disease & insect control work, installing subsurface irrigation and drainage. Tools will be used such as but not limited to hand shovels, rakes, blowers, wheel barrels, etc. Work in outdoor temps from below 30 to excess of 100 degrees & other weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 80lbs, kneel, walk, bend, & stoop repetitively for prolonged periods of time throughout the entire workday. Work is performed in all types of weather. 1 month positive verifiable experience required in job offered. Worker may be required to take a random drug test, post-hire, at no cost to worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination of employment. Must be physically able to perform job. Must be available for the entire season, able, willing, and qualified to perform the work. Minimum age of 18
