The Temporary Kitchen Workers will be responsible for: cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils; cleaning and sanitizing food preparation work stations; assist in the food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients; follow all food health and safety requirements; assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage; communicate kitchen needs to supervisors; Interact with customers as needed. Will report directly to Head Chef or Owner a. Conduct daily work as to meet Restaurant requirements b. Study company profile and operations to understand its needs. c. Prepare food following all Serve Safe and WRA requirements. d. Arrive at work daily as scheduled and on time e. Maintain a positive work environment. f. Be a team player and positive addition to the team.. g. Work well with both front of the house, back of the house employees. h. Work well with management and follow policies and procedures i. Maintain cleanliness of kitchens following opening and closing procedures
