  Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: rock and sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, lawn aerating, raking, sprinkler system installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Spring and fall leaf and landscape bed cleanup. May drive crew vehicle. No driver’s license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses a standard, noncommercial driver’s license they may be asked to drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed.
