Perform tasks involving physical labor at a restaurant. May wash dishes, clean kitchen and preparation areas and food preparation equipment and utensils, along with a variety of other duties required to properly run the kitchen back house operations in a restaurant. When not washing and cleaning, may perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods, and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.
