**RFI** Our description of “Dock work” is listed right after, “dump containers and /or sacks, examine product to meet specifications, extract meat from carcass or shell (using hands, hand tools or knives),” To further elaborate, the dumping of the containers or sacks of raw product are done manually, the specifications are basically a small list of unusable raw product and waste or debris that may be mixed up with the raw product, and the examination consists of using their sight to remove any unusable materials that are not product for processing. The extraction of meat from the carcass of the crab is called crab chucking and it involves using gloves for protection and using simple handheld tools or knives to perform this work. **Original** Job duties include any, or all of the following: Clean, cleanup work site and sanitize conveyer belt/steam room, vacuum pack machine. Count, cut, de-back, debone, de-head crab, peel (remove shell). Dock work; dump containers and/or sacks, examine product to meet specifications, extract meat from carcass or shell (using hands, hand tools or knives), fill baskets, boxes, sacks, tables, and troughs, freeze, rinse, grade, handle, ice pack, remove/discard defective waste products. Seal, shrink wrap, tag product.
