Prepare, season, and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food for consumption. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe, using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as blenders, mixers, grinders, slicers, and tenderizers. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift time 3pm-11pm. Workdays, hours, and shift time may vary with restaurant occupancy. Employer may increase wage based on experience, changes in market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Overtime may be available with management approval. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $28.80 per hour. Workers are responsible for their own daily transportation to and from the worksite. Employer-offered housing is within walking distance of the main worksite. The main worksite is also accessible by public transportation.
