The Landscape Crew Members will perform the following tasks on a daily basis: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking. Workers must be able to lift and carry 25 - 50 lbs. on an occasional basis. Work will generally be performed 6:45 am - 4:45 pm Mon. - Fri., hours may vary, rotating schedule, although weekends may be necessary depending on the weather. OT may be available. Work will be performed in the following counties in TN: Davidson, Sumner, Williamson, Wilson, and Rutherford. All counties are located within the same MSA. Transportation will be provided between worksites. If needed, employer intends to assist foreign and non-local U.S. workers hired pursuant to this job order to secure worker-paid lodging not to exceed reasonable fair market value cost based on number of occupants.
