Help painters by performing duties of lesser skill, like masking all windows before painting, covering all floors with tarps, opening paint cans, cleaning brushes, sanding surfaces to prep for paint, removing the masking after the painting is done, and helping carry and move ladders. A minimal amount of caulking is required on some painting projects, and the assistant will install a foam backer rod for the painters to install caulking.
