  Perform lesser tasks involving manual labor at heavy-highway, bridge, and concrete construction sites, including demolition and removal of existing concrete, pavements, formwork, and structural components; loading and unloading materials; digging, leveling, and compacting earth; positioning, assembling, and dismantling wooden and metal forms; placing, moving, and distributing materials using wheelbarrows, shovels, rakes, and simple power tools; cleaning and preparing work areas; and assisting form carpenters and equipment operators with reinforcement placement, formwork preparation, and tasks related to concrete pours. Support pile-driving crews by staging materials, handling rigging, guiding alignment of piles, preparing work pads, and removing debris (no pile-driver operation). Use hand and power tools such as hammers, shovels, skill saws, compactors, and vibrators to perform assigned tasks, and clean up rubble, debris, and waste materials as directed.
