Install, landscape and maintain gardens and grounds using hand power tools and equipment: Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, digging, mulching, weeding, raking, gardening, edging, leaf removal, debris cleanup; assist with water feature install, dried landscaping, mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, rock gardens, decorating garden and paths with stones. Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation (water sprinkler) systems using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers may use hand shovel to dig trench approximately 6 inches wide and 12 inches deep, after lines are laid; backfill soil with hand shovels; and rake/seed/grade/water and clean up debris as part of the installation or service process. Load/unload truck w/materials and supplies. May drive company vehicles to customer locations. (Driving is not a requirement of all workers in the position). Entry level, requires supervision.
