The Line Cook is responsible for producing high-quality menu items that meet the standards and expectations of a private country club membership. This role supports the daily culinary operations by preparing dishes with consistency, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and dedicated to creating a positive dining experience for members and their guests. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, plating standards, and member preferences; Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations to ensure smooth and efficient service; Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations; Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients; Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure timely execution during a la carte service, banquets, and special club events; Monitor food quality and freshness, properly label and store ingredients, and communicate any shortages or concerns to kitchen leadership; Support the culinary team with additional tasks as needed, such as receiving deliveries or preparing for club functions; Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to delivering an exceptional member dining experience; Has the ability to follow precise recipes, instructions, and presentations; has the ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Has a solid understanding of culinary fundamentals, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment, has strong communications skills and a cooperative , team oriented attitude.
