Produce high quality food according to recipes and menus or assigned special in a timely, organized manner. Prepare, season and cook soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Ensure a high level of sanitation and safety at all times. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shifts: 9am-5pm, 3pm-11pm. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with business demand. Employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Employees receive a 50% discount on any meal. Overtime may be available. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $24.23 per hour.
