  The Groundskeeping Workers will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), trimmer, edger, backpack blower, wheel barrel, broom, rake, shovel, spade. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks which may include a combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, aerating, seedings, weeding, mulching and raking. Work will generally be performed Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Possible work in the evening and on weekends. Work will be performed outdoors, often in extreme weather. OT may be available.
