Duties include using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment at the end of the day. Mark reference points on construction materials, install wooden structural components under the direction of a carpenter, measure materials or objects for installation or assembly, cut wood components for installation, and move construction or extraction materials to locations where they are needed. Loads and unloads equipment and building materials from trucks.
