Duties may include: mowing, trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, weeding, using hand or power tools. Applying fertilization and weed control products. Digging and adjusting irrigation heads. Installation of plants, flowers, and sod. Loading/unloading heavily materials. Removal of plant materials and debris on site & other related Landscaper activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM. Offering 35+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Employees can be expected to work various weekly shifts between the hours of operation, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Weekly schedule may vary based on operational needs and/or weather delays. Possible weekend/holiday work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
