Clean and sanitize china, glass, silver, pots and pans, stainless steel and entire kitchen area, including area, including walls/floors, drains and equipment. Take tray of dirty items from tray rack, scrap excess food, place glasses and dirty dishes on rack and feed them into dishwasher. Take all clean dishes, silverware, glass from dishwasher rack and put them away. Report broken or damaged equipment for repairs. Dispose of trash from kitchen area properly and maintain dumpster area. Sweep and mop floors. The employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Open 7 days a week, 5-day work schedule varies Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times include 6am-1:30pm, 1pm-8:30pm, 4:30pm-12am. Other day and evening shift times are possible and may be required. Shifts include 30 minutes unpaid break time. Workdays, hours, and shift times may vary with occupancy. The employer may increase wage based on experience, market conditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. One meal during shift will be provided at no charge to the worker. Overtime may be available with management approval. An overtime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or local law, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a workweek. Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at $22.50 per hour. The employer will provide daily transportation from housing to and from the worksite.
