Duties include chopping vegetables and preparing sauces, ensuring that all culinary food preparation is produced according to the high standards for quality, visual appeal and consistency. Set up and break down cooking line, gathering all supplies needed to prepare meals. Cover, date and store all leftover re-usable products. Stock inventory and supplies.
