The duties of the Kitchen Staff includes setting up and stocking the preparatory stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service, cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, keeping a sanitized and orderly environment, following all standard procedures for recipes and presentation, taking and recording temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers; collecting used kitchenware from all areas and loading them into the dishwashing machines, washing certain kitchen utensils by hand, store dishes and equipment appropriately to maximize efficiency during peak hours, reporting any equipment issues such as technical/performance issues and removing the garbage regularly. Must have the ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks.
