1. Surveillance: Constantly monitor swimmers and the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies promptly. 2. Monitor Guests: Check in/out pool guests according to facility standards. 3. Enforce Rules: Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly swimming environment. 4. Rescue Operations: Be prepared to perform water rescues and administer first aid and CPR in the event of an emergency. 5. Emergency Response: Initiate and coordinate emergency procedures when necessary, including notifying the appropriate personnel and agencies. 6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons, answering questions, and addressing concerns. 7. Pool Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including cleaning, and maintaining equipment and ensuring proper chemical balance in the water. 8. Training: Attend regular in-service training sessions to stay current with lifeguard and first aid/CPR techniques. 9. Documentation: Complete incident reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation of all incidents and accidents is reported and submitted. 10. Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other lifeguards, pool staff, and supervisors. Tuesday - Monday through Sunday, 11AM-7PM or 10AM-8PM
