Perform lifeguarding duties at multiple locations, primarily assigned to operationally challenging single and multi-guard facilities, including indoor pools. Monitor pool facility area, prepare pool area for opening/closing each day, and monitor for cleanliness. Monitor/record water quality readings and perform basic adjustments. Control entry to facility, warn patrons of safety hazards, and regulate conduct of patrons and coworkers to prevent unsafe activities and accidents. Enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations; respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and/or complaints. Execute rescues and provide first aid according to the American Red Cross standard.
