  The cook must ensure all meals are made consistently to our high standards. This includes cooking on a flat top, using a deep fryer, and using other restaurant equipment. Will be cooking eggs, pancakes, hamburgers and setting up plates for service. Other duties include monitoring product qualities and food freshness to ensure minimal waste. Must work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must work well with others, have time management skills and follows directions. Clean up after shifts. Employee must lift and move up to 50 pounds. This job operates in a kitchen. The job requires continuous movement, regular bending, lifting. Must be flexible.
