  Drive company vehicles and sell pre-packaged ice cream products directly from vehicle on the street within established territories. Duties include taking orders, receiving payment, explaining/responding to customer inquiries, loading/unloading product, and keeping company vehicles clean and maintained. 35 hours/wk (work may require 35+ hrs/wk upon occasion). Employer is exempt from FLSA and overtime provisions under the law's Outside Sales Provision, 29 CFR Part 541.500, Section 13(a)(1). Employer guarantees no less than the required minimum prevailing hourly wage rate, plus potential commission based on sales amount.
